We honored A by watching The Little Prince (2015) tonight, and were reminded that the real problem we have as adults is 'forgetting'. To me it's not so much a problem as it is a fear. I don't ever want to forget my babies' lives, even if they were only here for such a short while. I don't ever want to forget how their lives impacted me, how their presence shaped me into who I am as a woman, but most importantly, who I am as a mother.
Happy second birthday, my angel. May you always know my love wherever you go.
